Mill Dam Recreation Area Pass

Mill Dam recreation site is located approximately 5 miles east of the intersection of State Roads 40 and 19 then north mile off FSR 79. Mill Dam Lake, a 400 acre lake is great for day use recreational activities and offers visitors a picnic area including group picnic shelter and fire rings.

Access to Mill Dam Lake is available for boat launches through this site for a small fee. Parking and a vault toilet are in the boat ramp area.

This location is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the site to purchase a pass. Once on-site, follow the posted instructions and pay for your activity pass by scanning the QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Download and sign into the free Recreation.gov mobile app on Android or iOS prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited or no cellular service: https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app

Daily Entry fee is PER PERSON. 

All visitors must display confirmation of payment in vehicle dash. Please write confirmation number on provided envelope.

Overnight parking is not permitted.Vehicles remaining overnight are subject to towing at owner's expense.

Check with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for any current limits or restrictions on fishing.

We ask that guests be curteous of one another and limit personal floats to under 60 inches across. 

Access to the day-use area is not included in the boat launch fee.
