Farles Prairie Recreation Area Pass

Farles Prairie Recreation Area is set along the shores of Farles Lake, this recreation area is a launch point for outdoor adventures, including boating, birding, and fishing along the lake and prairie system.

Farles Prairie Recreation Area is available on a first-come, first served basis only for day use. Visitors must physically arrive at the site to claim a parking spot and pay the required fee. Once on-site, pay the fee by scanning the QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Download and sign into the free Recreation.gov mobile app on Android or iOS prior to your arrival as there is poor cellular service at the site: https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app 

All visitors must display a valid pass at day use fee sites where required. After payment is complete, please write down confirmation number on provided envelope and post in vehicle dash.

This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed. 

This pass is valid until closing of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.

Golden Age Passport or America the Beautiful Interagency Pass discounts are applicable. 

Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
