FORT HAMBY PARK (NC), W KERR SCOTT DAM &, NC

Description

Open from April 15 to October 31. Fort Hamby Park is located on the north side of W. Kerr Scott Reservoir in North Carolina. Constructed in the beautiful Yadkin River Valley, the lake offers extensive opportunity for all outdoor recreational activities. The campground offers 32 sites for campers, all with water and electric hookups. Amenities include a total of 100 amp service, hot showers, playground, swim beach, group camp area and boat launch ramp.

Alerts and Important Information

The bathhouse in the campground is not open. Campers must use the bathhouse in the day use area for showers (Available 24/7). Pit toilets are in the campground. All campsites are reservable. Standard electric sites are $22.00 per night Group camp area is $125.00 per night Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. An attendant is on duty and the telephone number is (336)-973-0104. A fee of $4.00 per day for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. No alcohol allowed.
