Description

This park is open year-round Airport Park is located at Waco Lake. Waco Lake is located in McLennan County and is entirely within the city limits of Waco, Texas. The lake offers various types of recreation such as camping, fishing, boating, swimming, hunting, biking & walking trails, birding areas and much more.

Liability waiver is only for Group Shelter Use. :
A liability waiver must be signed upon arriving at park gatehouse. Park Attendants will provide a copy of waiver and assist with any questions you have. The waiver can also be found at the Waco Lake Website. Remember to think safety first.

Campground requires a 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum on holidays

Airport Park is located on the North Shore of the lake 1/4 mile west of the dam. From IH 35 take Lake Shore Dr., exit west to Steinbeck Bend Rd., right to Airport Rd. then turn right, go 2 miles - park on the left.
