RESERVATION SEASON GENERALLY RUNS FROM MAY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15. CAMPING OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ONLY.


Bluff View Campground is located on Clearwater Lake NW of Piedmont, MO. The lake is fed by the Black River which provides visitors an excellent location to camp, fish, swim, boat, picnic or sightsee. The Bluff View Campground offers 61 sites, 20 with electric and water hook-ups. Additional amenities include a dump station, hot showers, a boat ramp, a playground, interpretive trail, public phones, and a swimming area.

Alerts and Important Information

  • Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
  • 2 night minimum on weekends. 3 day minimum on holidays.
  • Please register for the campsite during booth hours: Friday 10am - 10pm; Saturday to Tuesday 10am - 6pm; closed Wednesday and Thursday.
  • All equipment must fit on the site pad.
  • Vehicles park in developed areas only.
  • There is a limit of 1 wheeled unit and 1 tent (or 2 tents) per site.
  • A single standard fee is assessed to each site.
  • Management reserves the right to limit the number of units and people allowed to occupy any site. Site occupancy is generally limited to ten people and two camping units, of which only one may be a wheeled unit. Site may accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles. This number may be reduced depending on the size of your camping unit and other camping equipment you bring.
  • Make sure you reserve the number of site that will accommodate your group.

Located 7 miles north-west of Piedmont, MO. Leave Piedmont on HWY 49, go 1 mile to HWY AA and turn left, go 6 miles on HWY AA, the road will end in Bluff View Park.
