The use of generators and the idling of engines to recharge batteries is totally prohibited in the Generator Free (aka C) loop between May 15 and October 31. If you anticipate using a generator during that time, please choose a site in the B loop. Reasonable generator use is allowed in the C loop from Nov. 1 to May 14 between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM.
