Tall grasses and scattered oak trees cover the rolling hills surrounding the lake. Wildlife is abundant. Local residents include bobcats, golden eagles, mountain lions, hawks, wood ducks, deer, snakes, and bald eagles. Eastman is a designated trophy bass lake.Alerts and Important Information2 night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving) The campground is open year round. Codorniz individual sites are $14-$22/night". Wildcat Loop primitive sites (including family equestrian sites) are $10/night. Group sites are $55-$75/night. Equestrian Group Area is $25/night.
