CAUTION:(Bears/Raccoons/Etc.) frequent the area. All food must be kept in approved containers. This is a Day-use area. There is no overnight camping allowed.

A nice, 23' x 50' picnic pavilion with 15 picnic tables and a capacity of about 70 people. 4 elevated grills (14" x 22" ) are just outside the pavilion. Rental periods are 8 AM - 3:30 PM and 4 PM - 8 PM. Reserve both periods if you want the full day. There is no telephone in the area. Due to wildlife issues, the picnic area closes at sunset from September 1 through October 31 and from the opening date to April 30. It closes at 8 PM from May 1 through August 31. Drinking water is available from spigots at nearby restrooms.
