COWLINGTON POINT (OK), ROBERT S. KERR L&D, OK

Description

Cowlington Point Campground on Robert S. Kerr Lock and Dam and Reservoir offers 38 campsites, 32 with electric and water hookups. Other amenities include a trailer dump station, vault toilets, a boat launching ramp, group picnic shelter, and a swimming beach. Kerr Reservoir is a 42,000 surface acre lake located on the Oklahoma portion of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System that offers extensive opportunities for outdoor recreation. These activities include, but are not limited to, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, picnicking, and swimming.

Alerts and Important Information

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. The campground is open year round. An attendant is on duty from April 1 through September 30. Entrance gate opens at 6am and close at 10pm. No Saturday reservation arrivals allowed on regular weekends. No Saturday or Sunday reservation arrivals allowed on holiday weekends.
