Description

Dam Site Campground is located on Greers Ferry Lake in north central Arkansas. The environment provides the ideal location for camping, fishing, boating, hiking, and a day of family excitement. The Dam Site Campground offers 252 sites (148 with electricity of which 40 have water on site and 104 non-electric).
Additional amenities include hot showers, a dump station, a playground, a public marina, a swimming area, public phones, and a boat ramp.

Alerts and Important Information

Campsite Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
One (1) wheeled camping unit and two (2) tents OR four (4) tents.
Campsites are limited to a maximum of eight (8) persons per site.
Pets are allowed, they must stay on a leash 6ft or less.
Please note: NO horses, NO other livestock & NO exotic animals are allowed .
RESERVATION SEASON IS FROM MAY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 6. CAMPING OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD WILL BE FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE ONLY.
A Picnic shelter is available for reservation for $175 for all day or $125 for half day by calling the Greers Ferry Lake Project Office at 501-362-2416.
Check-in time is 5:00p.m. Check-out time is 4:00p.m.
If the gatehouse is closed at the time you arrive, please go ahead to your campsite and return to the gatehouse the following morning to register.
