While traveling to Hager Mountain Lookout, weather conditions can change quickly and dramatically. Be prepared for winter conditions and the possibility of having to camp out on the trail to the Lookout. Let others know of your travel plans and carry communication, such as a cell phone. Please bring own garbage bags, "Pack it in Pack it out" site Please bring cookware, table service and bedding Not typically accessible by vehicle, including snowmobile. Contact Ranger District for details. While traveling to Hager Mountain Lookout, weather conditions can change quickly and dramatically. Lookout is available for occupancy from November 15th through May 15th each year.
