MILL CREEK (TEXAS) (TX), SAM RAYBURN RESERV, TXDescriptionMill Creek Park is a highly developed camping area located on the southeast shore of Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Sam Rayburn Reservoir is located in the Piney Woods of Southeast Texas, approximately 18 miles north of Jasper, Texas. The park features 110 campsites (105 w/30 amp electric and water connections and 5 w/50 amp electric and water connections). Additional amenities include a group shelter, designated swimming beach, a playground, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, public phones, boat launch, hot showers, and 2 dump stations.Alerts and Important InformationReservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
A maximum of 2 vehicles plus a sleeping structure (RV, motorhome, pop-up, etc.) are authorized at a campsite under the camping fee. A fee of $3 per day for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. The campground is open year round and sites are $16-$18/night. Sites 1-46 are CLOSED December 1 thru the end of February each year. Fires must be confined in the fire rings Pets must be on a leash 6 feet or less in length Camping Structures are limited to 2 tents or 1 tent plus one Recreation Vehicle per site.
