ALL (6) OverviewMokins Bay Campground is located near the eastern shore of Hayden Lake in northwest Idaho. Its picturesque setting in the Bitterroot Range provides visitors with sweeping views of the lake and Hudlow Mountain.Natural Features:The small campground is surrounded by a heavy canopy of pines. Wildflowers like trillium and buttercups thrive in the springtime, creating a stunning backdrop for campers. Recreation:Several hiking trails wind throughout the landscape and along the lake shore, like the scenic Leiberg-Athol Trail, which is accessible from the campground. Facilities:Drinking water, grills, paved parking spurs and vault toilets are among the amenities at Mokins. A horseshoe pit is also onsite. Access to campground is on a gravel road.
