PINNACLES CAMPGROUND (CA), Pinnacles National Monument, CADescriptionPinnacles National Monument highlights beautiful rock formations which are the remnants of an extinct volcano that was born 23 million years ago.Pinnacles Campground is located near the park entrance on the east side of the park 32 miles south of Hollister, CA. The campground is open year-round. There is a convenience store located inside the campground which is also open year-round and provides basic foods and accessories. Campground Store & Office Hours: Monday - Friday 4:00pm to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm. There is a swimming pool (open in summer only) in the campground which campers may use and this is included in the camping fee. The campground offers RV sites with 30 amp electric hookups. Tent and group camping is available but there are no hook-ups in these sites. The Bench Trail provides direct access to the park from the campground. Services & Amenities:

Bring plenty of water to drink on your hikes. There are no pets allowed on the trails. Group sites' fees: The RV sites are 120 volts with 30 AMP service. Please bring appropriate adapters if needed.
