OverviewRocky Creek Park is situated on the banks of Benbrook Lake near Fort Worth, Texas. It is an excellent destination for picnicking, boating, swimming and fishing.Natural Features:Benbrook Lake is in the Grand Prairie region of north-central Texas. The park sits beneath tree cover along Rocky Creek and an open peninsula. Recreation:Picnicking, fishing, hunting, boating, hiking and birding are just a few of the activities available in the parks at Benbrook Lake. Windsurfing and fossil hunting are also popular pastimes. Facilities:This primitive campground offers tent and RV sites, though no hookups are available. Amenities include pit toilets and drinking water. A boat ramp and hiking and horseback riding trails are on-site.
