From Newcastle, Wyoming, take State Highway 116 northwest 17 miles to Osage, Wyoming. Go 3/4 mile through Osage and turn right on County Road 14 (across the railroad tracks). Travel for approximately 6 miles and turn left on Forest Road 914 (it is well signed). Head west 1 1/2 miles and turn left into the reservoir access road.
