ALL (2) OverviewLocated at Hartwell Lake, one of the southeast's largest and most popular public recreation areas, Singing Pines is a summer day-use area that offers an ideal setting for a party, barbecue or simply a day of water activities with the family.Singing Pines boasts sweeping views of the nearly 56,000 acres of water that comprise Hartwell Lake. Natural Features:Hartwell Lake is a man-made lake bordering Georgia and South Carolina on the Savannah, Tugaloo and Seneca Rivers. The dam and lake area boasts nine campgrounds and 15 day-use facilities. Recreation:Fishing is one of the most popular activities at the lake. Sought-after species include largemouth bass, bream, crappie, catfish, striped bass and hybrid bass. Facilities:This facility has two reservable group picnic shelters that can each accommodate about 50 guests. Other amenities include a boat ramp with courtesy dock, playground, swimming area and a nearby marina.
