Alaska cabin reservations can only be changed once. If you need to modify your reservation a second time,it must be cancelled and then re-booked by calling 1-877-444-6777.*Effective November 17, 2003 to assure fairness for everyone.*
Cabin is primitive, no amenities except woodstove and outhouse. Open fires
must be in the fire ring. Collect dead or downed wood only. Lake or
stream water must be boiled or treated for drinking. All garbage must be
packed out. Bring personal floatation devices for the boat at the cabin.
Directions: 50 miles south of Juneau on Distin Lake, in the central
portion of Admiralty Island. Floatplane or canoe/portage access. One-way
flight time from Juneau is approximately 45 minutes. Canoe/portage access
from Mitchell Bay, 8 miles away.
