From Lakeview Ranger District office, Go 2 miles south on Highway 395, and turn right on Highway 140. Take Highway 140 west for 11 miles, then turn right on County Road 2-20. Go on County Road 2-20 for 6 miles and it turns into Forest Road 3870. Take Forest Road 3870 for 3 miles, then turn right on Forest Road 014. Follow the signs on Forest Road 014 for 1 mile and you should see the parking area.
