OverviewWillow Campground is one of four small, rustic campgrounds in the Libby Creek Recreation Area in southeastern Wyoming.The campground lies in a stand of lodgepole pines in the mountains of Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests, off the Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Visitors enjoy fishing and hiking. Natural Features:The Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland encompass nearly 3 million acres from central and northeastern Wyoming to north-central Colorado. Recreation:The Camp Loop Trail, a three-mile loop for hiking, begins in the facility. Facilities:This campground offers16 reservable sites. Campsites line the cool, cascading waters of Libby Creek. Walk-in sites are not more than 25 feet from parking. Nearby Attractions:Countless outdoor opportunities exist in the surrounding national forests and grasslands, including hiking, biking, camping, horseback and off-road vehicle riding, fishing, hunting, sightseeing and winter sports.
