Attention: The road to the lookout is not plowed or maintained for winter travel! You may not be able to drive to the lookout. If a storm comes in while you are at the lookout, you may not be able to safely drive out the road from the lookout, whether from ice, snow, landslides, or fallen trees. Especially in the winter, but also in the fall and spring, be prepared to spend extra time. This facility is located in a remote and wild area, far from any services, and guests are responsible for their own safety and travel arrangements!

Payment in full will be charged to your credit card upon completion of the reservation. A $9.00 non-refundable on line reservation fee may be charged for some facilities.

A $10.00 service fee will apply if you change or cancel your reservation. Late cancellations are subject to additional fees. For full details see NRRS Reservation Policy

Special Policy Applicable to this Facility
Reservations must be made at least 3 Day(s) ahead of arrival and can be made up to 6 Month(s) in advance. The lookout and cabin, rented as a pair, may be reserved for one to four nights between July 1 and October 15. The rental rate is $75 per night for one to eight people and $5 per night for each additional person, up to a maximum of 12 people. Between October 16 and June 30, only the cabin is rented, with a rental rate of $35 for one to eight people, and $5 per night for each addition person, up to a maximum of 12 people.
