Attention: From October through May, this facility is winterized. Renters will be required to bring their own potable water for drinking. Kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as toilets and showers will be non-functional and disconnected.
Attention: Due to the recent Slide Fire, the West Fork of Oak Creek will be closed to public use from the bridge starting at FR231 all the way through to Hwy. 89 in Oak Creek Canyon. Late summer rains will likely fill the drainage through West Fork Canyon with ash/mud flows, damage the already unstable terrain and loosen fire-weakened trees.
