OverviewIves Run Campground sits on the eastern shore of Hammond Lake in north-central Pennsylvania.
Surrounded by lush forested ridges, the lake offers recreation for the entire family, including picnicking, swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, hunting and wildlife watching.
Ives Run, with its beach and grassy sunning area, is a great place for kids of any age. The facility has campsites as well as group picnic shelters that can be reserved for family reunions, company picnics, neighborhood gatherings and other group events.
The partially forested campground sits in the pristine setting of the Endless Mountains region of Pennsylvania, along the Allegheny Plateau in the Appalachian Mountains. The Tioga-Hammond Lakes Project consists of two separate dams and reservoirs. The surrounding land paints a scenic picture of rolling mountains and open fields.
Tioga-Hammond Lakes offer a variety of outdoor activities. With a boat ramp and overnight mooring, campers can easily spend time on the water.
Ives Run is a large facility, with nearly 200 reservable campsites, as well as five reservable group picnic shelters available for day use.

Know Before You Go
Please have your license plate number, boat and trailer license plate number, and Senior or Access Pass with you while registering at designated campground. Senior and Access Pass entered at time of reservation will be honored.
Campground check-in is 4:00 p.m. Campground checkout is 3:00 p.m., which is strictly enforced. Failure to leave campground before 3:00 p.m. may result in late fee or citation.
One RV and one tent or two tents per site. Two vehicles per site, $3.00 fee for additional vehicle or visitor parking and must be parked on camping pad or parking lots, no parking on grass.
Camper Assistance Sheet with additional local rules and policy including fees will be issued at check in at the Campground Camp Control offices. Site transfer fee - $10.00.
Quiet hours in the campgrounds at 10 p.m. – 6 a.m., which include the use of generators.
DAY USE SHELTER USERS:
Day use hours, which include picnic shelters, are 8:00 a.m. to sunset.
Please refer to list of amenities at shelter sites listed in “Site Details.” Restrooms and dumpsters provided at each shelter. Lambs Creek Recreation Area has a carry in carry out trash receptacle policy.
Please do not attach signs, balloons, streamer, etc., to any signs in the recreation area.
It is the responsibility of the site holder to return any picnic tables removed from the shelter before departing the facility.
Set up of tents, chairs, or other items may require a special use permit. Contact the project office at 570-835-5281 for additional information.
Do not drive vehicles to shelters, please contact project office if you have an access problem.
Please bring your confirmation letter the day of your reservation.
Please obey all speed limits. Drive carefully and watch for children.
Pets are permitted but must be penned, caged, on a leash under six feet in length or otherwise be physically restrained.
