From Reno, take Highway 395 South to State Route 431. Proceed on State Route 431. The byway ends in Incline Village, Nevada.

From Carson City, take US Highway 50 to State Route 28. Follow State Route 28 Incline Village. Proceed down State Route 431 into Reno.
