| Cancellations |
If you cancel your reservation at least 16 days prior to your entry date, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged, and the remainder of the use fee will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation 15 days or less prior to the entry date, none of the fees will be refunded

You may cancel your reservation on the web or through the call center anytime before the day of your reservation. Your use fee will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee. |
| Weather Refunds |
| There are no refunds for bad weather even if you are unable to get to the site. There is no way to determine what weather conditions meet a "bad weather" criterion. Some conditions may be good enough for a plane to get in but not a boat, and vice versa. |
During the shoulder season, if you haven`t cancelled your reservation before the day of the reservation and you don`t use your permit, contact the Admiralty National Monument at 907-586-8800. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged and the remainder of the use fee will be refunded. |
| No-Show Policy |
| If you do not cancel and decide not to use your reservation, none of the fees will be refundable. Please take the time to cancel your reservation through Recreation.Gov or the call center, even when a refund is not due, so that another group will have a chance to book a permit. |

| Change Policy |
Changes to your permit are allowed if they are made greater than 14 days before your date of entry and you have not printed your permit. Once you have printed your permit (no matter how far in advance), no changes will be allowed (refer to cancellation policy).
Change in the number of people with same dates: You may make changes through the website or the call center. A $10.00 change fee will apply (if you are increasing your party size or changing from junior or senior to adult, additional use fees will apply).
Changing the date of entry: Cancel your current reservation ($10 cancellation fee applies) and book a new reservation if space is available. Use fee and the Cancellation policy will apply to the new reservation. |
Changes are allowed at any time for the shoulder season, but a $10 change fee will be charged. If you are unsure of your plans, you do not need to make a reservation for use during the shoulder season, but can pay on site when you arrive. |
