  Seth Rosenberg


Seth Rosenberg is President of ReserveAmerica. Rosenberg is responsible for all aspects of ReserveAmerica’s business including client management, product development, marketing, and day-to-day operations

A 5 year ReserveAmerica employee, Seth has extensive client relationship and sales management experience including employment at Fodor’s Travel (a unit of Random House) as well as 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rosenberg graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

  David Dutch
EVP of Technology


David Dutch has been the EVP of Technology for ReserveAmerica since 2004, joining the company shortly before its launch of the Outdoor Recreation Management System (ORMS). Dave is responsible for Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Technology Operations, Product Support, and Help Desk as well as the technological and architectural roadmap for ReserveAmerica. Dave supports the adoption of, and contribution to, open source technologies.

He previously held the position VP of Engineering for Sigma Systems (Liberate) and VP Development / Chief Architect Solutions at 724 Solutions. Prior to this Dave was the President of RAD International and the RAD Group where he ran a successful software consulting business for 10 years providing services to IBM, Bell, Nortel, and many other diverse technology companies. Early in his career he did work in AI and real-time control systems.

Dave has degrees in Honours Math (Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo, a Masters of Science (Computation) from McMaster University, and spent a year in the Computer Science Ph.D program at the University of Toronto in the prestigious Knowledge, Media, and Design Institute (KMDI). Dave left the KMDI program to join ReserveAmerica.

  Frank Helwig
VP of Product Management


Frank Helwig leads ReserveAmerica’s Product team, with overall responsibility for all of the company’s current and future product lines and applications. In this role, he has overseen the design, development and ongoing evolution of ReserveAmerica’s industry-leading ORMS suite of products, as well as our web consumer portals.

Frank has been with ReserveAmerica since 2002. Prior to joining the company, he served as the VP, Product Development and VP, Online Commerce for a technology company, working with several Fortune 500 clients on rolling out high-profile transactional B2C and B2B websites, with primary focus on the Retail and Automotive Industry verticals.

Frank holds an MA from Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen, Germany.

  John McDonald
VP of Marketing & Business Development


John McDonald is responsible for the marketing and corporate business development for ReserveAmerica, including client marketing, consumer publications, The Camping Club and other emerging business lines. McDonald was recognized by Marketing Magazine with the “Ones to Watch” Marketing’s Next Generation Award and served on the board of directors for the Public Relations Society as Chair of sponsorships.

John has been leading the marketing and communications efforts with ReserveAmerica since 2002. Prior to joining ReserveAmerica, McDonald spent several years managing the Marketing team at iFarm Network’s national ISP FunCow.com. John has also held positions at the Canadian Film Centre, Empry Entertainment and Rothmans, Benson & Hedges.

  Gary Evans
Director - Contact Centers

Gary is responsible of the day to day operations of the ReserveAmerica Contact Centers. Spanning 5 locations across the US, the ReserveAmerica Contact Centers process over 3 million calls and 100,00 e-mails annually. Gary's team's focus is to lead the 400+ Highly Skilled Customer Care and Reservation Specialists to provide the camping public the most consumer friendly reservation making experience possible.

Gary started with ReserveAmerica in 1997, helping open it's first Call Center in Ballston Spa, NY. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Project Director for a Marketing Research Call Center. He has served in the Director position since 2001.

Gary graduated from the University at Albany with a BA in Political Science.
  Pat Murawsky
Director of Human Resources


Pat Murawsky has been the Director, Human Resources for ReserveAmerica since May 2000.  Prior to joining ReserveAmerica, Ms. Murawsky had over 20 years’ Human Resources experience in the investment and technology industries within both the private and public sectors.

Pat is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for corporate staff of ReserveAmerica.

Pat is graduated from the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto in Human Resources.  Pat has taught evening college courses in Human Resource Planning & Administration.  Ms. Murawsky continues to be active in local charities.
