People travel from all over the world to see Half Dome.
Yosemite has a total of 13 campgrounds and eight are part of our reservation system. These reservations are in extremely high demand and all sites will typically be reserved within 20 minutes after they go on sale. To help the flow of inventory and reservation traffic, Yosemite releases a block of reservations monthly. They are available up to five months in advance on the 15th of each month at 7:00 AM Pacific or 10:00 AM Eastern.
Remember to adjust your clock accurately, start the reservation process and be ready to “Book These Dates” the moment the on-sale begins!
