From Twisp, WA drive west on Okanogan County Road 9114. At about 12.5 miles the county road joins Forest Service Road 44. Continue another 1.5 miles and turn left across the bridge just above War Creek Campground. Then turn left at the intersection onto Forest Service Road 4420. Travel 0.5 mile turn right on to Forest Service Road 4420-080. Trailhead is at the end of the road.
