Big Bend Campground, UT

Overview

Tucked right in the center of the "Big Bend" in the Colorado River Canyon, this is one of our most popular campgrounds.

Big Bend Campground is located 7.5 miles from the junction of U.S. Highway 191 and Utah Highway 128. Big Bend can accommodate large RVs, trailers, and tents. Many of the sites are located next to the Colorado River, and all are surrounded by imposing cliffs. Big Bend has a sandy beach, a river walkway, and features accessible facilities. Individual campsites are available on a first-come, first served basis. Three beautiful group sites are reservable through the local BLM office by calling 435-259-2102. There is no water available.

Directions:

From the center of Moab (at Center and Main) head northon U.S. Highway 191 to Utah Highway 128 just south of the Colorado River. Turn right (east) on Hwy 128 and drive 8 miles. You will see The Big Bend Campground on the left.
