This is a fee site. There are 10 developed campsites. This campground offers water, fire rings, picnic tables, garbage, collection, and vault toilets. The neighborhood around this campground may seem quiet now, but in years past, this area was booming and densely populated with miners seeking gold, uranium, and other minerals. Great day trips from this area into the Wind River Mountains and around the various mining ghost towns. Campground is closed from early November through early June due to winter conditions.
