OverviewElkhorn Centrally located in the Little North Fork Recreation Area, Elkhorn offers secluded camp units along the North fork of the Santiam River. Trails along the river give visitors access to swimming holes and fishing. The campground is located on North Fork Road off Hwy 22, 34 miles east of Salem.
