Overview

Several primitive campsites and 4 Bug huts (can be reserved) with vault toilets but no running water for those who plan to put in to Desolation and Gray Canyons of the Green River the next day.

Directions:

From Myton, go west on US 40 about 1 mile to the Sand Wash-Green River access turnoff. Turn south and follow the paved road 1.7 miles to the Nine Mile-Sand Wash junction. Go left for about 18 miles.
