The French Lick Springs Hotel, built in 1901 and a member of Historic Hotels of America® since 2000 was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The hotel's historic Beaux-Arts architecture and its ornate masonry, including the elegant gold leafing, have been fully restored following a $500 million dollar restoration and expansion project.
