From Highlands/Franklin area turn off Hwy 64 onto Ellijay Road (SR 1001) in Macon County for 9 miles. Turn right on Goodensville Road ( also Forest Service Road 323) and follow signs 2.3 miles. From Cashiers/Cullowhee area turn off Hwy 107 onto Cullowhee Mountain Road for 9 miles. Turn right on Tilley Creek ROad in Jackson County (SR1001) travel 5.5 miles. Turn left on Goodensville ROad (also Forest Service Road 323) and follow signs 2.3 miles.
