Exit northbound I-5 at O'Brien, exit 695. Turn left at end of the off ramp. Continue under freeway overpass and turn left onto the south bound I-5 ramp. Drive 1.5 miles and take the Packers Bay Road exit. Turn right and follow the road 1.8 miles to where the road ends at the Packers Bay Boat Ramp parking area.
