This trailhead provides access to the Pioneer-Indian Trail. It is designed for use by visitors using horse trailers.

From Lincoln City, OR, travel north on Highway 101 approximately 25 miles to Hebo, OR.  Travel south on Highway 22 1/4 mile to Forest Service Road 14 for 4.8 miles.  Trailhead is 0.6 miles east of Hebo Lake.

From Tillamook, OR, travel south on Highway 101, 19 miles to Hebo, OR.  Turn south on Highway 22, 1/4 mile to Forest Service Road 14 for 4.8 miles.  Trailhead is 0.6 miles east of Hebo Lake.
