Campground: Canyon Creek

This small, lightly used campground is tucked into dense forest adjacent to Canyon Creek. Eight campsites are available for tent camping only.

From Chelatchie Prairie, WA on State Route 503, take a right on NE Healy Road (across from the Mount St Helens National Volcanic Monument Headquarters) and follow for about 5 miles. Stay right at the fork and continue east for approximately 3 miles to the forest boundary. At the forest boundary continue for another few miles on Forest Road 54 to its intersection with Forest Road 53. Turn right on Forest Road 53, then almost immediately turn left on Forest Road 37. Drive about 1/4 mile on Forest Road 37 then turn left onto Forest Road 3701 and drive to the campground.
