From Buena Vista, Colorado, travel south for 7 miles on Highway 285 to County Road 162. Turn right on CR 162 and travel west passing the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs resort (private) for 8 miles. The lake is located about .10 miles past the entrance to the campground.
