From Weston, Oregon, travel 20 miles on State Highway 204 to Forest Service Road 64 junction at Tollgate. Turn left and travel past the 0.5 miles (just past the Tollgate Visitors Center); turn left onto Forest Service Road 6401-Target Meadows Road. Follow Road 6401 to the Forest Service Roadd 050 junction. Turn right and travel to the Target Meadows Campground. Follow the left fork in the Forest Service Road 050 to the trailhead.
