From Ashland, OR, drive east on Highway 66 (Greensprings Highway) to Dead Indian Memorial Highway (County Road 722). Continue approximately 18.6 miles and turn left onto Bureau of Land Management Road 38-3E-11 (just past Lily Glen Horse Camp) - this road becomes Forest Road 100 at the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest boundary. Continue approximately 1.9 miles to junction with Forest Road 3710, and continue on Forest Road 100. From this junction, continue another 3.7 miles to the trailhead, located on the left.
