From Gold Beach, OR at State Route 101, take County Road 595 east for about 10 miles. Continue on Forest Service Road 33 for about 37 miles. Take a right at the intersection with Forest Service Road 3348 and continue on to Buck Creek Campground where you will turn right on Forest Service Road 5520. Follow Forest Service Road 5520 for about a mile and take a slight left on Forest Road 230 to reach the trailhead.

From Glendale, OR take Bureau of Land Management Road 32-9-3 to Forest Service Road 3348, at Buck Creek Campground turn left on Forest Service road 5520 to spur road 230 to the Buck Point Trailhead.
