Follow Highway 238 southwest from Jacksonville for 6.5 miles, turning south on Upper Applegate Road (County Rd. 859) at Ruch. Continue south for approximately 17.5 miles (the last 3 miles are along Applegate Lake) to the spur road leading to the left (east) marked as Copper Boat Ramp.
