Willard Bay Reservoir

Willard Bay Reservoir is formed by Arthur V. Watkins Dam, which is a feature of the Weber Basin Project. Recreation management at Willard Bay is performed by the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation under agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation. The recreation area is located 10 miles north of Ogden, Utah of an elevation of about 4,220 feet. The reservoir has a surface area of approximately 9,200 acres when full.. This facility is managed year-round and experiences high use. Common fish species include catfish, walleye, and crappie. Reservations accepted for certain campsites. Fees are charged. Plain City, Plain City Southwest, Willard, and Whistler Canal U.S. Geological Service maps cover the area. WiFi is also available to park patrons. All-weather access on I-15. From Brigham City head south on I-15 about 10 miles. Exit at #360 for North Marina; Exit #354 for South Marina.
