Bryce Canyon Private Stock Ride

Bryce Canyon National Park Private Horse Reservations

Provides access for visitors with their own horses to ride trails designated for stock use (Horse Trail and Peekaboo Loop) within the park. Private horse rides can be booked every half hour from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from approximately May through October. Each time slot can accommodate a maximum of ten riders and their mounts. This may include multiple parties. Average ride time to complete the entire loop is 2.5-3 hours.

Note: this reservation is NOT for guided concessioner rides. This reservation is only for visitors who want to bring their own horse to ride in Bryce Canyon. The park also has guided rides. Canyon Trail Rides, the park's concessioner, offers 2-hour and 3-hour guided horse and mule rides into the Bryce Amphitheater along a dedicated horse trail and the Peekaboo Loop Trail. Guided trail rides typically begin in April and run through October 31st, depending on weather.
