Know Before You Go
Accessible trolleys are available. Access to viewing sites is via paved or gravel trails, most of which are wheelchair accessible but some of which have grades which exceed ADA standards. Excellent firefly viewing opportunities are normally available from the paved area near the trolley dropoff point in Elkmont.
Parking is provided at the Sugarlands Visitor Center. The visitor center is located 2 miles south of Gatlinburg, TN on the Newfound Gap Road, aka U.S. Highway 441. Trolleys will shuttle visitors to the viewing area.
Note: Some Tours may be available only from the Tour Park on a first-come-first-served basis. Arrival dates earlier than the online-reservation-window may also be available at the Tour Park.
