Notice:Tickets are required for all visitors regardless of age.There are no refunds for tickets purchased in advance. You may call back to re-book a tour at no additional charge. All sales are final upon completion of this transaction. Will Call Pickup: 45 Minutes Prior to Tour Time (one exception is the 9:00 a.m. tour. The Independence Visitor Center does not open until 8:30 a.m. You would need to pick them up a half hour before your tour time). Tickets not picked up 45 minutes prior to the tour will be released for walk-up customers . The 45 minute requirement allows sufficient time to pick up tickets at the Independence Visitor Center (located at 6th and Market streets) and to pass through security before entrance to Independence Hall. Tickets are available for walk-up customers free of charge on site on the day of the tour. For Ticket Information, Parking, Where to Eat, etc. please contact the Independence Visitor Center at 1-800-537-7676. Once this transaction is completed, there are no refunds under any circumstances. All ticket purchases for Independence Hall are final. If you cannot make your tour time or date, we may be able to reschedule your tour at no additional charge based on availability.
