The Advance parking pass will admit one passenger car and up to 6 passengers to the Sugarlands Visitor Center parking lot at the date and time assigned. Advance parking passes for the entire period will be available beginning April 29 and will remain on sale until sold out or until 4:30 p.m. the day of the event, whichever comes first. Please bring your confirmation letter with you. There will be no parking passes available at Sugarlands.

There is no reason to arrive earlier than the time on the pass but you should arrive within 30 minutes after the time on the pass. The pass guarantees access to the parking lot until 30 minutes after the time assigned.

A Day Before parking pass will admit one passenger car and up to 6 passengers to the Sugarlands Visitor Center parking lot at the date and time assigned. Day Before parking passes will be held out and not offered for sale until 10 a.m. the day before the event. The passes will remain on sale until sold out or until 4:30 p.m. the day of the event, whichever comes first.

85 Day Before passes will be available for each day of the event. There will be no parking passes available at Sugarlands. If you are unable to print your confirmation notice, please remember your reservation number.

The Large Vehicle parking pass will admit one large vehicle and up to 24 passengers to the Sugarlands Visitor Center parking lot at 7:00 p.m. on the day assigned. Large Vehicle parking passes will be available April 29 and will remain on sale until sold out or until 4 p.m. the day of the event, whichever comes first. Please bring your confirmation letter with you. There will be no parking passes available at Sugarlands.

There is no reason to arrive earlier than 7:00 p.m. but you should arrived no later than 7:30 p.m.. The pass guarantees access to the parking lot until 7:30 p.m. and trolleys will not begin running until 7:00 p.m.

A large vehicle is defined as a vehicle measuring between 19' and 30' long. This pass is intended only to accommodate large vans or small busses and will not admit a passenger car. Large busses (motor coaches) and large motorhomes will not be accommodated.
