Attention: Federal budget issues have significantly affected the National Archives Timed Visit Entry reservation system. The National Archives will no longer have extended evening hours for its museum affecting visitors with advanced reservations made through Recreation.gov. Exhibit spaces at the National Archives Building in Washington, DC will now be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., every day. Visitors who have made Timed Visit Entry reservations for 4:45 p.m. and later for the period of March 15 through Labor Day should reschedule immediately. To reschedule: Contact Recreation.gov: tour groups should call Group Sales at 1-877-559-6777; individuals with reservations should call 1-877-444-6777. If you cannot reschedule, the National Archives will honor your reservation on the same day with unscheduled entry between 10:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. Bring your reservation confirmation to the Special Events entrance on Constitution Avenue near 7th Street. To help speed your process through security, we recommend not bringing bags into the museum. NATIONAL ARCHIVES, DCNational Archives and Records Administration
