Encompassing over 1.25 million acres, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area offers unparalleled opportunities for water-based & backcountry recreation. The recreation area stretches for hundreds of miles from Lees Ferry in Arizona to the Orange Cliffs of southern Utah, encompassing scenic vistas, geologic wonders, and a vast panorama of human history.

The purchase of this 1-7 day Weekly Boat Pass will allow entrance for one vessel/boat at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. 100% of your fees are used at national parks across the United States - with 80% used directly here at Glen Canyon.

All visitors are required to pay an entrance fee at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The boating pass does not cover the entrance fee for your vehicle. This boating pass covers only your vessel launch into Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.  

Please be prepared to show your hard copy or digital boating pass on your cell phone.

Print out or download your pass on your mobile device in advance of your visit. Connectivity may be limited, and the pass must be available to show at all times when visiting Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.

Pass holders are required to show park rangers the boating pass and corresponding photo identification each time they pass through an entrance station location.

Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.

Boat passes are valid for 7 days.
