Digital Annual Passes from the America the Beautiful—the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass series are now available for purchase through Recreation.gov, making it easier than ever to plan trips and visit your public lands and waters. This modernization is part of the federal government’s Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences (EXPLORE) Act to simplify and enhance public access to federal lands.

• Save your pass directly to your mobile wallet on your mobile device for ease of access once you arrive

What's New in 2026

Department of the Interior

What's new in January 2026 is the ability to get digital versions of the America the Beautiful Pass series including Senior Annual, Senior Lifetime, Military Annual, Military Lifetime, Every Kid Outdoors 4th Grade, and Access passes! Modernized graphics celebrating America 250 will appear on all annual passes, featuring bold, patriotic designs that honor America’s landscapes, heritage and outdoor legacy. These refreshed visuals will apply to both digital and physical passes.
